Initial Assessment of Students

Arrange the class in such a way that Students sit in columns, not in rows, so that alternate columns may be given the same set of questions and students do not copy other's answers. At least 5-6 columns of 8 to 10 students sitting one behind the other. (If class is divided left and right, repeat 1,2,3 columns for boys and girls; If divided front and behind, then common running of columns, 1 to 6).  Students are assessed for their current standard of understanding /vocabulary and the assessment is used to adopt the suitable teaching method and its difficulty level
