Revision Exercise: Farmer's Donkey.

உங்களுக்கு ஏற்கனவே தெரிந்த இந்த கதையை தமிழில் மொழி பெயர்த்து எழுதவும். 

ஓவ்வொரு வாக்கியத்தையும் தமிழில் எழுத வேண்டும். 

அதன் பிறகு, கோடிட்ட வார்த்தைகளுக்கு தமிழில் அர்த்தம் (meaning) எழுத வேண்டும். 

வகுப்பு நேரம் முடிவதற்குள் எழுதி முடிக்க வேண்டும். 

"Climbed out " என்ற வாக்கியத்துடன் கதை முடிகிறது.

One day a farmer's  donkey fell down into a well. 

The animal cried sadly for hours, as the farmer tried to find out what to do.

Finally he decided the animal was old and the well needed to be covered up anyway it just wasn't worth it to take out and save the donkey. 

He invited all his neighbors to come over and help him. 

They all grabbed a shovel and begin to shovel dirt into the well. 

At first, the donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly. 

Then, to everyone's surprise he kept quiet. 

A few shovel  loads later, the farmer finally looked down the well and was surprised at what he saw. 

With every shovel of dirt that fell on his back, the donkey was doing some thing amazing. 

He would shake it off and take a step up. 

As the farmer's neighbors continued to shovel dirt on top of the animal, he would shake it off and take a step up.

Pretty soon, everyone was amazed as the donkey stepped up over the edge of the well and climbed out !
